● All works are subject to Ts & Cs at propertyresponse.co.uk/service-terms-conditions/

● Our prices are subject to VAT at 20%

● We charge a fixed hourly rate that covers investigation time and any other time needed to complete the job.

● A minimum of 1 hour is charged on any hourly rate jobs, after which the total cost increases in half hour increments.

● If you want your trades person to carry out an investigation to scope the job, but then decide not to go ahead, you will

still be charged for our minimum call out.

● Parts, parking and congestion charge are additional costs if required.

● Cancellation fees of £45+vat are applied if a job is cancelled on the same day. If not paid within 48 hours the rate will

increase to our minimum call out of £90+vat.

● All works guaranteed for 12 months – Excludes blockages and drainage.
